Super Bowl

 Ticket Price

• Tickets for the fundraiser are $20.00US each. This is considered a donation to Lancaster. Sunrise Rotary Club provides the purchaser an opportunity to win up to $500 at the end of the Super Bowl game. 

Game Setup:

• The tickets are numbered from 1 to 100. 100 tickets are available for purchase.
• Each ticket number is represented on the grid and is highlighted for easy identification.
• Four numbers surrounding each ticket number are highlighted as second chance winners.
• The Teams will be determined prior to the start of the Super Bowl and are listed on the ticket by their association to their respective NFL conference (i.e. AFC or NFC)
• The numbers listed on the top line and far left column of the grid represent the last digit in the final score of the Super Bowl. The order and placement of these numbers are determined by a random drawing of individually numbered tiles by at least 2 individuals.

How to play the game:

• The purchaser must complete the stub portion of the ticket and return this stub with their payment to the seller in order to qualify for the opportunity to win.
• Ticket sales will be closed one hour before the start of the Super Bowl. 
• The winning numbers are determined by the final score of the Super Bowl game.
• Each ticket number becomes the purchaser's "number." In order to determine if your number is a winner, first find your "number" in the grid. Follow the row to the far left column to determine the NFC team's scored last digit. Follow the column up to the topmost line of the grid to determine the AFC team's scored last digit. For example, let's say Ticket #1 lies at the intersection of NFC 5 and AFC 0. If the final score of the game is NFC 35, AFC 20, Ticket #1 would win the sole Game Winner amount.
• Second Chance winners will win one of four payouts based also on the final score of the game.  Example: Let's say Ticket #1 lies at the intersection of NFC 5 and AFC 0, and the final score is NFC 35, AFC 21. Because Ticket #1 is touching the winning ticket # of 94, it is one of four second chance winners touching the winning number of 94. Second chance winning numbers are highlighted on the ticket as well for easy identification.
• Winners will be verified by at least two (2) individuals.
• Winners will be notified and paid by mail within 5 days after the end of the Super Bowl game.

Payout:

• The amount of the Game Winner and Second Chance Winner prizes will be determined by the total number of tickets sold per the following Payout Table:
